4. Legal bases

Depending on the purposes pursued, processing is based on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the user’s request, to manage an appointment request and the resulting communications;

Data are not transferred, rented or sold to third parties.

6. Data retention

Personal data received by Maître Marine SEGURA following an appointment request or during communications are retained for the time required to manage that request and follow up those communications, and then, where applicable, for the periods required by applicable legal, regulatory or professional-ethics obligations.

Aggregated audience statistics are retained for no more than twenty-five months.

7. Data transfers

Certain technical processing operations, particularly those related to support, administration, security or technical logs, may nevertheless involve access to data from a country outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer is made, it is governed in accordance with applicable regulations. Information on the safeguards in place may be obtained by exercising the rights set out below.

Audience measurement is carried out through a dedicated Plausible Analytics instance available at https://plausible.bivouac.io/. In its current configuration, this tool uses neither cookies nor a persistent browser identifier and produces aggregated statistics only.

The Website does not include embedded Cal.com.eu content. Processing carried out when using the Cal.com.eu service, available through the "Book an appointment" link, including any data transfers, is governed by Cal.com.eu’s privacy policy.

  • right to rectification;
  • right to erasure;
